Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before ordering, production and submitting artwork.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies by product. Some items can be ordered from as few as 50 pieces, while others may have a minimum of up to 2000 pieces. For certain confections, such as candies, the minimum order is specified in kilograms, typically starting from 5 or 25 kg. The exact minimum order quantity is listed on the detailed product page for each item, but you can also see the minimum quantity available for each sweet on the category pages and in the product listings.
Can I deviate from the specified minimum order quantities?
No, unfortunately we cannot deviate from the minimum order quantities listed for the products. These quantities are determined by manufacturing and packaging conditions, so it is not possible to order a smaller quantity than the specified minimum.
What happens if I don't have ready graphics?
No problem, you can place your order even without ready graphics. Upload any files you have available – such as your logo, an image, or any branding materials – and in the comments, describe how you envision the chocolate packaging. Based on this, we will help you create the appropriate design, which we will send you as a visual proof for approval before production.
What file can I upload?
If you have already adjusted the graphic to the die-cut template for the chocolate packaging, please upload the finished stanc.pdf file.
If you find editing the die-cut template too complicated, you can send us your available vector logo or graphic. The ideal vector formats are: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, CDR.
We can also work with image files, such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD formats. For proper print quality, the image should ideally have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
In the notes, describe how you envision the packaging, and we will assist you in creating the appropriate design. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, feel free to upload it: we will check and let you know if a different version is needed.
Does the number of colors shown in the graphic count?
It depends on the printing technology used. In the case of digital printing, the number of colors does not affect the price, so vibrant, detailed graphics and photographs can be displayed without limitation. However, with flexographic printing, the number of colors does matter. Typically, this technology can accommodate 1, 2, 3, or a maximum of 4 colors, and the number of colors can influence the price as well. The applicable printing technology is always determined by the specific product and packaging.
When does production begin?
Production does not automatically start after placing the order. First, we prepare the packaging mock-up, which will be sent to you for review and approval in every case. If you would like to make any modifications, we will coordinate and improve the graphics before production. The chocolate production will only commence based on the final design approved by you.
When will I receive the proof design?
After placing your order, we will prepare the proof design as quickly as possible, which we generally send to you for review and approval within a few hours. If we need any additional information to complete the graphic, we will contact you.
What is the production time?
The production time is generally 2 to 3 weeks, but it may vary depending on the current workload of the promotional season. If you need the chocolates for a specific event or occasion, please make sure to write the desired pickup deadline in the order notes. We will check the capacity for that particular period and get back to you to confirm if we can accommodate your order.
What type of chocolate is included in the packaging?
The packaging includes premium quality Belgian chocolate, ensuring that along with its unique appearance, you also get a truly high-quality tasting experience.
How long does it retain its quality?
With proper storage, the chocolate retains its quality for up to 10 months from the date of manufacture. The exact quality retention period is also indicated on the packaging.
How does the shipping process work?
The method of shipping depends on the specified location and the quantity of the order. Generally, we send packages via GLS courier service, but in certain cases, our own courier conducts the delivery. We will inform you in advance about the expected shipping method and timing.
How does the payment work?
For first-time orders, after the approval of the visual plan, we send an invoice and the payment is made via advance transfer. We will start production only after we receive the total amount of the invoice. For returning customers, we can provide a payment deadline of 8, 14, or even 30 days based on prior arrangements. The exact payment terms are always agreed upon in advance.
